Make sure you specify the following information in your message:

  
  • The name and version of the program (see it in the "About" dialog box).   
  • Number of hard drives.   
  • Size and type of logical disks.   
  • The operating system with updates (for example, Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista Home Edition, etc.).   
  • The situation that existed when the problem occurred (probably, the error can be reproduced by certain operations).   
  • Any other information that you think is related and might help us (screenshots, links, etc.)
